How quickly will you reply?
Within one business day, Monday to Saturday. Scans themselves are instant and need no contact from us — the form is for questions about plans, formats, or access.
What file formats can I upload?
DOCX and PDF. DOCX gives better results because it preserves document structure, so corrections map back precisely to where they belong in your file.
Is my manuscript safe to upload?
Yes. Uploads are stored outside the public web root, are retrievable only by an authenticated administrator, and are never used to train models or shared with third parties.
Do you offer access for a department?
Yes. Tell us roughly how many researchers and we will put together an institutional arrangement — it is usually better value than individual plans and avoids shared credentials.
